1 pkg orange jello
1 c. water
16 lg marshmelllows
1 c. orange juice
pinch salt
1 c. diced pineapple
1 c. mandarin oranges
maraschino cherries
1 c. sliced bananas

Heat orange jello, water and marshmellows until melted. Add juice, salt, pineapple & oranges. Mix and chill. When set, spread following on top:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. orange jucie
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
pinch salt
2 T cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 c. whipped cream

Heat pineapple juice, orance juice and lemon juice to boiling. Mix sugar, salt & cornstarch and add to hot fruit juices. Mix together and add 2 beaten eggs to sauce. Cook slowly until thickened, Cool and add 1/2 - 1 cup whipped cream and spread over salad.
