1/2 cup sour cream
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
10 ounces spinach, thawed, rinsed and drained( i use lambs quarter)
1 cup shredded Monterary Jack
1 cup shredded Parmesan
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
french bread for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
-preheat oven to 350*
-spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray
-blend together, sour cream and cream cheese until thick and smooth
-add spinach, monterey jack cheese, parmesan cheese, dried onion, garlic, salt ,
pepper, and red pepper flakes then stir thoroughly
-transfer spinach dip to prepared baking dish and smooth out to an even layer
-bake dip for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted
-serve immediately with sliced french bread for dipping
