Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 individual Bigelow Lemon Lift tea bags
6 individual Bigelow Plantation Mint tea bags
1 1/2 cups sugar
Water 5 to 6 cups to boil and 10 cups at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 4 to 5 cups of water to a boil in a small or medium saucepan over high heat. Once the water reaches a high rolling boil, remove from the burner. Keep the saucepan of boiling water on the stove at a low boil to remain hot while the tea steeps.

Dunk the tea bags a few times in the boiling water to fully hydrate, then leave the tea bags submerged with the strings hanging over the side of the saucepan. Partially cover the sauce pan.

Allow to low boil on the stove for 30 minutes. Do not allow the tea to become cold.

After 30 minutes gently squeeze the tea bags against the side of the saucepan (using a spoon) retaining all the tea in the saucepan. Discard the tea bags.

In a gallon glass container with a lid, add the sugar and pour in the hot tea. Let sit 30 minutes. During the 30 minutes occasionally stir the tea. Stir to fully dissolve the sugar. Pour in 4 cups of room temperature water. Stir to combine. Wait 30 minutes.

Fill the gallon pitcher with the remaining water to achieve the desired strength (color). Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Better tasting tea if refrigerated overnight.

If desired, serve with a wedge of lemon or a sprig of mint.
