Pork shoulder 1lb
Water 4 cup
Frying Oil 3 Cup

Garlic 5 clove
Green onion (rough chop ) ½ cup
Maggie 1

Scotch bonnet pepper (rough chop) 1
Mix Bell pepper ( rough chop ) ½ cup
Lemon juice ½cup
Oil ¾cup

1. Mix together the roughly chop pork, cut the lemon in half and squiz it, add it to the pork, add salt, and set it aside. 2. Use a hand mixer or a spice blender. Blend together the Garlic, Green onion (rough chop), Maggie, Salt, Scotch bonnet pepper (rough chop), Mix Bell pepper ( rough chop ), Lemon juice, and Oil, and set it aside 3. Clean the roughly chopped pork with the lemon and wash it a couple of times until the water is clear.
4. Add the pork to a deep pan, water, and the blended seasoning mixer and stir. Let it boil for 20 minutes or until tender.
5. Heat 3 cups of oil to 350º, add the boiled pork a little bit at a time, and fried until golden brown.
6. Enjoy
