3 large onions (white or yellow)
1 med bag of potato chips
1 4.5 oz jar of sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8oz shredded colby jack cheese
8oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions and seperate rings. Drain mushrooms and reserve juice. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer onions, broken up potato chips(not crushed), mushrooms and a sprinkle of the cheeses. Repeat until dish is full. Mix mushroom juice and soup and pour evenlt over entire dish. Bake covered a 350 for 45 minutes. Remove cover and top with cheeses, return to oven uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly.
