1/2 C Crisco Shortening
1 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 C Mashed Over Ripe Bananas
2 C Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 C Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

“Do all the mixing by hand, with a lot of love”
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Beat the 2 eggs then add to shortening and sugar and mix well. Add bananas.

In another bowl mix add remaining ingredients. Then add to banana mixture.

Pour into 9x5x3 bread pan. Bake 55 minutes.
