4 small cartons of sour cream
1 tin of drained fruit (red colour fruits are good)
4 tbsp. sugar
6 crushed plain digestives
Butter
Directions:

Make the base. Mix and crush biscuits with a knob of melted butter and press into the base of a tin.

Mix cream, fruit and sugar together. Pour on top of base and smooth top.

Cook on 170 ºC for 20 mins.

Cool and place in fridge until required.
