3 cooking apples
1 cup of self raising flour
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
cinammon (optional)

Directions:

Cut apples into slices and put them at the bottom of a loose tin. Sprinkle with some sugar and cinnamon if used.

Beat eggs and gradually add oil, sugar, baking powder, flour and vanilla.

Transfer to tin and bake for 1 to 1¼ hours @ 160 ºC
