1 1/2 c milk
2 T sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
5 cups of flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar and dry yeast together.
Add 1/2 the flour and salt. Mix well.
Add rest of flour. Mix until mixture comes together.
Knead in bowl
When soft, add 2 T oil and knead, incorporating oil into dough
Cover with cloth and Let rest 1 hr.
Divide into 8 parts. Roll it, shape into ball
Add to 3 c boiling water in frying pain.
Cook 3 min each side
Put in baking pan, slash top with sharp knife or razor
390 for 25 minutes
Delicious!
