1 small package instant vanilla pudding
milk
8 oz cream cheese - softened
20 oz can crushed pineapple - undrained
1 pt Cool Whip (or make your own)
chopped nuts - for garnish
shredded coconut - for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Bake a yellow cake in a jelly roll pan. Can be a cake mix or home made. I used a jelly roll sponge recipe or a yellow dinette cake that only makes one pan. Let the cake cool completely.

Make pudding as directed on package. When it is well mixed and thick, add softened cream cheese and spread this over the cooled cake.

Mix pineapple (with juice) with whipped cream. Spread this over pudding.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts and shredded coconut.

Chill overnight.

Serve and enjoy.

This is very simple, it is just time consuming with the waiting until things cooled.
