1–2-pounds Chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces
Olive oil
1 large jar Alfredo sauce depending on amount making.
1 box Penne noodles 16-ounce box
Parmesan cheese
Cajun Seasoning 1-2 Tablespoons. I use Tony Chachere's
Frozen broccoli Florets package size depending on number feeding.
milk
2 Tablespoons Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Penne pasta until al dente. Remove from heat and drain.
Cook bite size chicken breast in 2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil until done. If using steamed broccoli cook it now. Add jar of Alfredo sauce to cooked chicken. Turn heat to low medium. Add Cajun seasoning, butter and milk to Chicken and Alfredo sauce. Gently combine broccoli and penne pasta with chicken. Add additional Parmesan cheese to taste.
