8 slices of bread with crusts removed, 1 lb. sausage, ½ c. Swiss cheese grated, ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese grated, ½ c sliced mushrooms, ¾ cup half andhalf, 1¼ cup milk, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. mustard, 6 eggs, salt and pepper.

In 9 x 13 greased pan, line with bread slices. Cook and drain sausage and sprinkle over bread. Sprinkle cheese, mushrooms, over sausage. Add cream and milk to beaten eggs. Stir in seasonings and pour over casserole. Let sit in refrigerator over night. Bake for one hour at 350º. Enjoy!
