Sprinkle meat with tenderizer.
Mix 4 T. liquid smoke, ½ cup soy sauce, 1 t. celery salt, 1 t. garlic powder, 1 t. onion powder, 1 t. paprika, 4 T. brown sugar.
Marinate overnight, wrapped in foil.
Bake for one hour at 300º, then 5 hours at 200º..
Slice thinly. Mix ½ cup brisket juice and ½ cup barbeque sauce and pour over. Enjoy!
