1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
chocolate chips to flavor

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately, ending with flour mixture. Add Chocolate chips. Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 topping, then repeat batter and topping.

Bake 375 for 30 minutes, or until tests done.
