4 large Granny Smith apples peeled and cut into three-quarter inch pieces
3/4 cup sugar
Half cup AP flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°, butter 2 quart baking dish. Arrange apples even layer, combine sugar flour cinnamon and salt blend in the butter and sprinkle the mixture over the apples. Bake for 45 minutes, will serve six
