Total liquid 5 1/2 cups.
Three small cans or one large jar 16 ounces and pineapple juice. Water to finish.
Lemon Jell-O, three packages
One unflavored gelatin.
One can pineapple cut in chunks
2 cups grapefruit sections cut to bite-size
One or two cans mandarin orange sections well drained.
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
Served with cream cheese and guava jelly dressing.
One package cream cheese room temperature
1/3 jar guava jelly, 16 ounce jar.

Directions:
Heat half of liquid, add three packages of lemon Jell-O, and one envelope of unflavored Jell-O, dissolved in water. Set aside to cool, then add one can chunk pineapple 2 cups grapefruit sections your mandarin orange sections tossed with the lemon juice.

For the guava cheese dressing, mix the two ingredients until smooth, serve then or refrigerate
