1 cup warm water (105º-110º)
1 packet of yeast
4 Tblsp sugar, divided
2 cups bread flour
2 cups all purpose flour
1½ tsp salt
½ cup of oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
½ cup browned butter, melted
2 Tbls sugar
Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 Tblsp corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, 2 Tblsp sugar, and yeast in a cup. Let stand 5 mins.
Combine Bread flour, 1 cup all purpose flour, 2 Tblsp sugar, and salt in a bowl. Whisk together. In mixer bowl combine yeast mixture, oil, egg, and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture blending well after each addition. Add remaining 1 cup flour, mixing it to a soft dough. Turn dough out onto a floured countertop. Knead until smooth, about 3-5 mins. Place in lightly greased bowl, turning to grease the top as well. Cover an let stand in a warm place until it is doubled in size. (1-1½ hours) Punch down dough, let stand covered for 15 mins.
Lightly grease 10 or 12 inch iron skillet. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. On lightly floured counter top, roll out dough to a 10-18 inch rectangle. Brush with melted brown butter. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over but leave a 1 inch border around the edged. Tightly roll starting at the long side and press the edge to seal when at the end. Cut into 1 ½ inch slices and place in skillet. Cover and let rise for about an hour. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 25-30 mins. Mix icing ingredient together and pour over tops.
