1 lb large macaroni noodle, cooked & drained
1 lb sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c flour
1-2 c milk
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles al dente, drain. Place half the noodles in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle generous dusting of flour over noodles. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Layer half the cheese. Repeat with other half of noodles. Pour milk over noodles till you can see around edges. Bake at 350º for about 15 min. Stir noodle and cheese, flour and milk should be starting to thicken. Bake another 10-15 min till cheese is all melted and bubbly.
