1 lb. angel hair pasta
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 lb. crawfish tails, including fat
1 lb. peeled & deveined shrimp
1/2 lb. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans evaporated milk
1 C green onions, chopped
1 C white onions, chopped
1 C mozarrella cheese
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 C fresh chopped parsley
salt, red pepper & black pepper to taste

Boil pasta and set aside. Saute butter, green onions, and
white onions over low fire. Add crab meat, crawfish tails, and
shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Add evaporated milk and
mushroom soup and let come to a boil. Add cheeses. When
cheese is completely melted, add seasonings. Fold the pasta
and seafood mix into a large casserole baking dish. Bake
uncovered for 25 minutes in a preheated 350 oven.
