1 stick margarine
2 cups pecans, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound box confectioner sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick margarine on a cookie sheet. Add 2 cups chopped pecans and toast in 350º oven for about 15 minutes. Stir often. While pecans are toasting, melt cream cheese in glass bowl in microwave. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in toasted pecans. Mix well. Pour into lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
