1 lb. Asparagus
6 slices whole wheat bread
2 1/4 c. shredded cheddar
1 cup chopped cooked ham
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut asparagus into 4 inch pieces and cook for 4 min
Trim bread crusts butter and fit into 7x11 baking dish
Sprinkle 1 1/2cup cheese over bread. top with ham and asparagus in even layers
stir other ingredients together with milk and blend well.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight
top with remaining cheese

350F for 40 minutes.
