3 boneless chicken breast
1 cup Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
1/4 cup Ranch seasoning mix

6-10 inch wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Add all prep day ingredients to the freezer bag & freeze

Cooking day
Add freezer bag content to the crockpot. Cover crockpot , and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken. Spoon chicken onto the wraps. Top with shredded lettuce and ranch dressing.
