cooking oil 2 tbsp.
Ground beef 1 lb.
Green pepper, chopped 1
Chopped celery 2 cups
Chopped onion 1/2 cup

Canned mushroom pieces, drained 10oz.
Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 oz.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp
pepper 1/4 tsp
parsley flakes 1 tsp

Butter or margarine 3 tbsp.
chopped almonds 1/3 cup
dry bread crumbs 1 cup

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan, combine cooking oil, beef, green pepper, celery and onions. Scramble-fry until meat is brown.

Add mushrooms to meat mixture. Stir in milk and soup. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Mix well and pour into 1 ½ quart casserole.

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add almonds and crumbs. Stir to coat. Sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered in 350F oven for 40 to 50 minutes
