2 lbs ground meat
3 tsp minced garlic
1 large yellow onion, diced
2 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup beef broth
1/3 cup olive oil
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (15 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 T Italian seasonings
1 T Adobo seasoning
3 bay leaves
1 T seasoned salt
1/2 T black pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pan, sauté your ground meat over medium-high heat until it is half cooked.
2. Add garlic, onions, olive oil & heat until meat is fully cooked.
3. Add water, broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, & rest of seasonings.
4. Lower heat & cover. Allow to cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add uncooked pasta, stir well until all combined well.
6. Cover again & allow to simmer about 30 minutes.
7. Remove bay leaves.
8. Add only the cheddar cheese and mix until combined well.
9. Add mozzarella right before serving
