5 green onions, thinly sliced, including tops
1 small onion, thinly sliced
3 T. butter
1 pkg. Lawry's Chicken Gravy Mix
1 c. milk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese
1/2 c. ham, cooked and finely diced (optional)

1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 T. boiling water

PIE SHELL: Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking
mix and butter in small bowl. Add boiling water; stir
vigorously until very soft dough forms. Press dough
firmly into 9 in. pie plate. Flute if desired.

PIE: Saute onions in butter until tender, about 8
minutes. Combine the gravy mix and milk in a
saucepan. Bring just to boil and continue to simmer 5
minutes. Add a little gravy to the eggs and stir.
Continue until combined. Fold in onions, cheese and
ham; pour into pie shell. Bake in a 400 degree oven for
30 minutes. Serve immediately.
