4 onions chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 C vegetable oil
16 C chopped tomatoes
2 T dried basil
2 T dried oregano
1/4 C sugar
1-2 T salt
3/4 t pepper
1 can tomato past
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, green pepper and oil. Add rest of ingredients and cook 2-3 hours. Stir frequently.

Let cool, pour into freezer containers. Freeze.
