4 -5 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
salt and pepper
1 head lettuce
4 ribs celery, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 6 oz sliced water chestnuts, drained
6 1/2 oz slivered almonds
1 can potatoe sticks

3 T. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
4 1/2 T. wine vinegar
3/4 c. peanut oil
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/2 T. sesame seed oil

Mix all ingredients except potato sticks. Add dressing and potato sticks just before serving.
