1 c. powdered sugar
1 / 2 c. crisco
pinch of salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp water
1 can fruit filling

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º.
2) In medium bowl, combine powder sugar, crisco, and salt. Mix well
3) In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and eggs.
4) Combine the wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix together as if it was a pie crust.
5) Add water, enough to wet the dough and make it form a ball.
6) Roll out dough into sheet.
7) Cut into desired shapes.
8) Add fruit filling and seal pastry.
9) Bake in oven until golden brown.
10) Enjoy!
