Johnny's Anjou's French Dip (You can order this on Amazon if your local grocer doesn't carry it.)
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce
Water
A chunk of butter
White Wine


Directions:
Directions:
This recipe is to taste. If it is too salty or strong add the water.

Mix all the ingredients together to taste
Heat, but do not boil
Keep warm while serving

Linda and her husband Garry, first introduced this sauce to my husband and myself at an OSU tailgating party more than 15 years ago. I foundered on the calf fries, and that was in large part due to this outstanding dip.

It's good on anything, but superb on calf-fries and fried fish.
