Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
10 tbsp shortening
4 tbsp peanut butter
1 egg
3 tbsp ice water
3 drops lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, sugar, and salt into a food processor container or bowl. Add shortening and peanut butter. Process or cut shortening into flour with a pastry cutter or 2 knives until mixture resembles fine gravel.

Beat egg slightly with a fork; mix with ice water and lemon juice and add immediately. Process or toss with a fork until a ball of dough is formed. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next day, divide the dough in half. Refrigerate unused dough for up to one week or freeze. On lightly floured surface roll out one half of the dough to fit a 9-inch pie pan. Crimp edges in a decorative manner. The pastry will make enough dough for one 9-inch pie or two single-crust 9-inch pies.
