Ingredients:  
1 small pkg instant pistachio pudding
1can crushed pineapple
One 8 oz cool whip
1 cup small marshmallows

Pour can of crushed pineapple with juice in a bowl.
Add instant pudding and stir until pudding is completely dissolved.
Add cool whip and stir until mixed together.
Add marshmallows.
Keep refrigerated.

This recipe is from my friend, Jane, who worked for Timkos. It’s always been a favorite when I brought it to a family gathering.
