4 Whole Peppers
2 lbs Ground Beef
Chopped Onion
Red Wine
Chopped Pepper
Marinara Sauce
White Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut tops of peppers and clean. Boil peppers in water for short period of time to soften.
2. Cook the rice and set aside.
3. Brown the beef with onions and chopper peppers.
4. Drain excess liquid then add marinara sauce, a little red wine, and rice.
5. Separately, keep a mixture of red wine and some marinara on the side to pour over the peppers when they are done.
6. Fill peppers with the mixture of rice and ground beef.
7. Pour sauce with wine over the top.
