1½ cups cold milk
1 package (6 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filing
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and pie filling mix, pumpkin spice, and whipped topping in a deep, narrow bottom bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set (at least 3 hours). Garnish with additional whipped topping and pecans if desired.
