1 c. butter, melted and divided
⅓ c. chopped onion
1 (10¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbs. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (32 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine ½ c. melted butter, chopped onions, soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
2. Place hash brown potatoes in a greased 3 qt. casserole dish.
3. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and mix until well combined.
4. In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes and remaining ½ c. melted butter, stirring until combined.
5. Sprinkle cornflake mixture over potatoes in an even layer. Bake at 350º for 1¼ hours.
