12 oz. box rice Chex cereal
12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
¾-1 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Put chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a large bowl. Melt in microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring before each interval, until melted and smooth.
2. Fold in cereal carefully until each piece is coated in the chocolate mixture.
3. Add powdered sugar and mix until pieces are fully coated.
4. Store in an air tight container or large ziplock bags.
