2 egg whites
1/2 c white sugar
2 c strawberries, drained if they were frozen
2 T lemon juice
1 c whipped topping

Crumbs:
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c saltine or graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, brown sugar, melted butter and cracker crumbs in a bowl, then spread evenly in a 9'x13" pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove and cool.

Sprinkle 2/3 of mixture into the same pan and reserve the rest.

Beat the egg whites till they begin to form peaks. Gradually add sugar, strawberries and lemon juice. Beat till very thick. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into pan and top with reserved crumbs. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
