300g self raising flour
300g yogurt
salt

Curry:

1 onion
large thumb of ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp fenugreek
2-3 tsp nut butter (almond)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 sweet potato
2 x 400g chickpeas
1 x 400g chopped tomatoes
500ml veg stock

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until translucent, add spices and cook to let all flavors meld.
Add everything else and cook until done!

Serve with mango chutney, coriander, chilli flakes and rice!
