2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 tsp. orange juice or lemon juice
11/3 cup matzo meal, sifted
1/3 cup coarsely chopped blanched almonds or walnuts
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt.
Stir in remaining ingredients
Let stand five minutes
Grease a cookie tin and sprinkle with matzo meal
Form batter into 2 rolls
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
Cut into half inch slices and place each slice, cut side up on cookie tray
Bake three minutes
