4 T butter
1/4 c flour
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
3 c milk
6 c potatoes
1 1/2 c cooked ham
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan melt 4 T butter. Stir in flour, parsley, salt, thyme, and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 min. Combine potatoes, ham, and onion; place half in greased baking dish. Top with half of the sauce and then repeat layers. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 65-75 min. Uncover and top with cheese for 15-20 min or until potatoes are tender.
