Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls. Add 3/4 c sugar to egg yolks and mix on high until pale yellow. Add 1/3 c milk and vanilla until just combined. Pour egg upon mixture over flour mixture and gently stir (do not over mix.) Beat egg whites and gradually add 1/4 c sugar. Beat until stiff peaks. Fold egg whites into batter. Pour into pan and smooth. Bake 25-35 min until toothpick comes out clean. Combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk. Pour over cooked cake that has been poked. Refrigerate cake for at least 1 hour.

Whip 2 c heavy whipping cream with 3T sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla until stiff peaks form. Put on cake. You can also top with cool whip instead.
