1/2 C Margarine
1 Egg Yolk
2 Tbs. Water
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Tbs. Baking Powder
1 Tbs. Sugar

1 bag Chocolate chips

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Sugar
6 Tbs. melted Margarine
2 Tbs. Vanilla
2 Cups finely chopped Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix first 6 ingredients (margarine, egg, water, flower, baking powder, sugar).
3. Press into 9x13 pan. Back 10 minutes
4. Once done, spread chocolate chips onto base and then return to oven for 1 minute more to melt. Once melted, spread again.
5. Mix last 5 ingredients (eggs, sugar, margarine, vanilla, nuts) and spread on top of chocolate chip spread.
6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
