1 Pound of Canadian bacon
1 Tablespoon of cooking oil

To panfry:
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Place oil in pan, and heat until it sizzles a drop of water. Place 4 slices of Canadian bacon in pan, cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side until each side is lightly browned.

To broil:
Place slices on an unheated rack in a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat, broil for 2 to 3 minutes on first side, and 2 minutes on second side.

To Microwave:
Arrange slices on a microwave safe dish. Cook 1 ¼ minutes for 2 slices, add 30 seconds for each additional slice.
