4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup brandy
3 T melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecan halves
1 unbaked 10' pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs just until blended.
Add sugar, salt and corn syrup.
Add cream, brandy, melted butter and vanilla, mixing just enough to blend.
Spread pecans in bottom of pie shell.
Pour in filling.
Place pie in oven and immediately reduce heat to 325 degrees.
Bake 50 - 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown and custard is set.
Cool on rack.
