4 boneless chicken breasts or tenders
½ cup flour
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
5 slices uncooked bacon, diced
6 oz. mushrooms
½ small onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 cup chicken broth
¼ cup heavy cream (or half & half)
Salt & pepper

Pound chicken between plastic wrap. Dredge in flour. Heat olive oil. Add chicken & cook each side. Remove from pan & set aside. In pan cook bacon until crisp and add to chicken. Add onions to pan and sauté. Add mushrooms and garlic to onions and brown.
Remove mushroom mixture and add to chicken. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. flour over mushrooms. Pour broth and cream to pan and simmer. Add mushroom mixture & chicken and simmer till thickened and heated through.

*add all the cooked stages together until the broth & cream have simmered. Use the same pan throughout. Add chicken last.
