1 pt. dairy sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 c. onion, chopped very fine
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh parsley, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In blender container, combine 1/2 cup of the sour cream, broccoli and lemon juice; blend until smooth. Sir in remaining sour cream, onion, curry powder and salt and blend well. Chill 1 hour, or until serving time. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetable crudités.
