5 cups old fashioned oats
2-3 cups nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)
½ cup sesame seeds
2 tsp cinnamon(opt)
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp salt
½ cup apple sauce
¼ maple syrup
¼ cup honey
2 T canola or flax oil
1 cup dried raisins, cranberried or chopped apricots or dates

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 300º. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In small bowl combine wet ingredients and our over the dry and stir well.
Spread in 2 baking sheets. Bake for 35 -40 minutes stirring once in between. Cool and add dried fruit.
