2½ c flour
½ tsp baking powder
8 tbs water
1 c butter
2 egg yolks



Apples - Peeled and sliced
1½ c sugar
cinnamon to taste
tapioca pudding - small amount to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and baking powder. Add egg and water.

Split dough in two. Roll out to fit cookie sheet.

You may add crushed corn flakes on top of the crust to soak up moisture.

Mix apples and other ingredients. Pour on bottom crust.

Add top crust. Make sure bottom crust crust comes over top crust. You can pinch them together for a pie-like look. Poke holes in the top with a fork.

Bake at 425º 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º cook 45 minutes or until done.

Mix some powdered sugar, butter and milk for frosting. Frost when warm.
