4 large chicken breast filleted
2 cups frozen corn
2 cans black beans (rinsed and drained) I only used 1 for 5 of us
8 teaspoons of taco seasoning
2 cups salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Coat 8 large pieces of heavy duty foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place a chicken filet down. Top with corn and black beans ( around 1/4 cups of each). Sprinkle then each pack with a teaspoon of taco seasoning. Top each with a 1/4 cup salsa. Fold up all sides to make a foil pack. Place on the grill for 20-25 minutes. Carefully open up and put 1/4 cup of cheese on top. Close foil and put back on the grill for 5 minutes. Or put in oven at 425 for 30-40 minutes.
