2 lbs rouladen beef
1 lb bacon, finely chopped (or sausage, not chopped)
8 cloves garlic, mince
½ dijon mustard
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped pickles
2 Tbsp oil

Gravy
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
¼ flour
¼ cup water
1 T Worcestershre sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry bacon and crumble.
2. Lay rouladen pieces on board and rub in ½ tsp garlic. Spread each slice with tsp mustard or more. Sprinkle with bacon, onion, and pickle to 1/2 inch from edge.
3. Starting at narrow end, roll up each slice, and secure with toothpick.
4. Mix gravy and pour over.
5. Cover and slow cook 6 hours.
