Ingredients:  
1 lemon cake mix (high altitude add 2 tbsp. flour)
1 3 oz. instant lemon pudding
¼ cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup water
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into 2 well-greased medium loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans, remove and glaze.

Lemon Glaze
Combine ½ cup powdered sugar with 2 tbsp. lemon juice
